1、柴鸡、猪手洗净,用米醋在柴鸡的表面涂抹一遍(去腥),放置20分钟后洗净备用,花菇、双孢菇洗净切成片、飞水待用 ;q(s6F T2S,knTL
2、柴鸡、猪手洗净焯水,焯水的同时用汤煲烧一大煲水;柴鸡、猪手放入煮锅,加水没过鸡和猪手,大火煮沸,去掉沸水上层的血沫子,捞出沥去水分;

3、将去掉血水的柴鸡和猪手放入烧开的汤煲内,汤煲中水要没过柴鸡和猪手,加入老姜片、干山楂干(易熟、增加钙溶解)大火煮沸后,改小火,炖1个小时;

4、打开汤煲锅盖,盛出部分炖好的柴鸡、猪手,放入另一只小汤锅内,加入泡好的黄豆、切好并焯好的花菇、双孢菇,调入盐、少许鸡精再炖半个小时即可 :

做法不复杂,鸡和猪手一起煮的还没有试验过,这道菜应该不错,有鸡汤的甜味和猪手的浓郁味道。
