酸溜白菜梆子[原创+11张图片验证]
很喜欢这个版块,没事的时候经常光顾私房菜馆里看,今天终于忍不住也想在这里露一手了.ga8P,eJ"E#fb
这道菜开胃,经济,简单,实惠,当然火候就看各人的手艺了.Z*t)W#M,\'P*M
先备上基本原料吧,白菜取梆.1T

白菜梆一定要用刀搭斜剽薄,那样口感更好

花椒我一般都只取其味,所以打起它,喜欢的也可以不捞它

该倒白醋了,有两勺就可以了,跟着要加盐,(一般都是最后加盐的)少量,喜欢口味重的可以多点不加水
