[原创]西兰花肉丸[13P+验证1P]

2.大蒜切片,下油锅煎出味后捞出

3.肉丸下入蒜油里中小火煎,不停翻滚,至表面煎成深褐色

4.肉丸出锅,西兰花用盐开水灼烫半分钟后摆在肉丸周围。灼西兰花的水留着。

5.开始做芡汁。奶油入锅小火融化,加入淀粉,炒拌均匀

6.加入一小碗之前灼西兰花的水,搅匀,煮至沸腾后小火继续煮1-2分钟,不停搅拌至浓稠。加入胡椒粉,酱油,盐,搅拌均匀。m^#U

[color=Purple]其实这里用肉汁比较好的,但是咱手里没肉,只能用菜汁,总比裸用清水好点= =[/color]
