五香萝卜丝
做法相当简单,把买来的白萝卜洗净切丝

把切好的萝卜丝用盐拌匀,放在容器里,轻压一下,面上再撒上一小层盐,腌约摸12小时(我买了5斤萝卜,用了2两左右的盐)

腌好后的萝卜丝用力挤干水,放在干净通风,最好能晒到太阳的地方晾晒,(我放在我家的窗台上,底下铺了层保鲜膜,北方天气很干燥,一天一夜就可以了。南方估计要晾晒个两三天)
